We machine many different material and surface treatment suppliers, making us a one-stop shop for a wide breadth of projects.

The quality of our CNC horizontal machining is reflected by our state-of-the-art equipment. We work with a Hyundai Kia KH63G Horizontal Machining Center. This is a four-axis machine that allows us to fabricate highly complex parts, including components that require eccentric machining. The KH63G is fully equipped with FANUC 18iMB controls. It can accommodate workpieces in a wide variety of dimensions. We machine parts up to 30” in length, 30” in width, and 25” in height. In addition to high-tech, accurate machinery, we also maintain the latest software to assist in design and fabrication. We provide full CAD design and CAM programming services for all of our machining jobs.
