We maintain a full range of state-of-the-art milling equipment with full CNC control, including some of the most trusted brands in the industry. Our machinery includes an Okuma VMC, an Enshu VMC-550V with Fanuc 16M controls, a Tree ZPS VMC-1050 with Yasnac MX-3 controls, and two Chevalier knee mills with 2-axis ProtoTrak conversational controls. The Okuma, Enshu, and Tree models all feature four axis operations, allowing for precision fabrication of the most complex and eccentric parts. These machines allow us a great deal of flexibility in manufacturing, including the accommodation of workpieces in a broad variety of dimensions. CNC milling is available for parts up to 40” in length, 40” in width, and 20” in height.
